Nebraska signed BTCATM regulatory bill

Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen officially signed the LB609 bill on Wednesday, which regulates BTC ATMs and other electronic transaction terminals to prevent fraud and protect consumer rights. The bill requires BTC ATM operators to clearly disclose all terms of use and provide prominent anti-fraud warnings to users. In addition, users can receive a full refund if they report fraudulent behavior to the operator and law enforcement within 90 days.
