受此衝擊，Circle 股價於 4 月 9 日單日重挫約 10%，但截至本週已自低點反彈約 20%。
Drift 投資人 Joshua McCollum 於本週三在美國地方法院，代表逾百名受害成員對 Circle 提起集體訴訟，指控其在明知攻擊正在進行的情況下，坐視逾 2.3 億美元 USDC 遭轉走而不採取任何行動，具體罪名包括協助不法資產轉移與業務過失等。
