回购方案说明：因部分用户在公告发布后通过恶意操控市场低价买入试图套利， Gate.io为维护正常用户权益并防范市场操纵，制定差异化回购规则如下：

公告发布前持有BVT的持仓用户 回购价格：按原定价格回购，即0.0011022 USDT。
公告发布后二级市场买入BVT的持仓用户 回购价格：按用户实际买入时的实时成交价格进行回购
