Odaily星球日报讯 加密借贷机构 Blockfills 联合创始人兼 CEO Nicholas Hammer 已辞去公司领导职务。据公司信息显示，Joseph Perry 目前担任临时 CEO。
此次管理层变动发生在公司面临经营压力之际。Blockfills 此前因市场环境恶化录得约 7500 万美元亏损，并于 2 月 11 日暂停客户存款和提现服务。目前相关业务仍未恢复。
消息人士称，公司在正式冻结存取款前曾建议部分客户提前提取资产。Blockfills 表示，目前客户仍可在特定情况下进行现货和衍生品交易开平仓操作，同时公司正与投资者和客户合作以恢复平台流动性。
总部位于芝加哥的 Blockfills 在 2025 年的交易量超过 600 亿美元。受市场低迷影响，公司据称正在寻求潜在收购方。
