法院同时强调，加密货币监管框架属于立法与政策事务，应由议会及监管机构如RBI和SEBI制定，而非司法机关主动构建规则。在缺乏明确法规的背景下，法院更倾向于引导当事人通过民事诉讼、消费者投诉或向警方报案等传统法律路径解决纠纷。
