PANews 2月24日消息，据CoinDesk报道，比特币矿机生产商及挖矿基础设施运营商嘉楠科技（Canaan Inc.）与Cipher Mining达成协议，以3,975万美元股票收购Cipher在德克萨斯州西部ABC Projects合资项目中49%的股权。该合资项目包括Alborz LLC、Bear LLC及Chief Mountain LLC三个运营中的比特币矿场，其余51%由WindHQ持有。
交易通过发行8.064亿股A类普通股（合5,380万股美国存托股份）完成，使Cipher成为Canaan主要股东，所获股份有六个月锁定期。三个矿场合计运行120兆瓦电力容量，支持约4.4 EH/s算力，能效比约为25.7 J/TH。作为协议一部分，Canaan同时购买了此前部署在Cipher Black Pearl设施的6,840台Avalon A15Pro矿机，该设施正转型为AI及高性能计算数据中心。
