Zama 是一个开源密码学协议，通过完全同态加密（FHE）技术为任何L1或L2区块链实现保密智能合约。Zama Protocol使链上数据在处理过程中始终保持加密状态，在保障安全性的同时实现公开可验证性。该协议已在主网上线，通过协处理器卸载FHE计算以降低燃气费用并实现水平扩展。

Zama 为DeFi应用开启了多项新用例，包括保密代币交换、借贷、收益农场、保密稳定币交易、自托管银行、保密代币发行、RWA代币化及密封拍卖等。开发者可使用Solidity编写Zama合约，通过euint数据类型标记私密部分，并在智能合约中直接定义符合法规的解密权限规则。目前Zama已支持每条链20笔/秒的处理能力，足以运行全部Ethereum功能，预计明年达到1,000笔/秒。
