Techub News 消息，据《星岛日报》报道，香港特首政策组举行数字金融座谈会，参会人员包括中国人民银行金融研究所研究团队、Web3.0 发展专责小组成员、金管局前总裁陈德霖等。会议探讨了香港如何在数字金融应用场景、平衡监管和发展，以及对接内地数字金融基建和协同发展 3 方面贡献国家金融强国建设。\n\n \n\n会上，陈德霖表示「加密货币既不是唯一加密的东西，也非货币」，并指出比特币等资产并不具备货币属性，带来监管机构反洗钱、投资者保障等方面需要。至于香港与内地数字金融基建对接和协同发展，有与会者认为两地合作已从基础设施互联，进入生态体系共建新阶段，亦有人提出发展核心在于发挥内地市场需求和香港国际优势的互补效应。香港作为国家金融安全的「试验田」和跨境「超级联系人」和「超级增值人」，在两地合作方面仍有巨大深化空间，未来央行数码货币跨境网络合作、数字人民币等不同应用场景的对接和持续创新等，都是值得深入探讨课题。
