2月2日消息，新加坡海湾银行（SGB）宣布推出一项全新的受监管法币-稳定币互操作性服务，允许机构客户在单一合规平台内完成稳定币的铸造、兑换、持有与交易。这项服务将部署在其专有清算网络 SGB Net 上，支持 USDT、USDC 等主流稳定币在多条区块链网络上的流转，并可直接与法币结算体系打通。
SGB 表示，当前稳定币管理流程依然复杂，机构在合规、托管与清算层面面临较高摩擦成本。首席执行官 Shawn Chan 指出，该银行的目标是为传统金融与数字资产领域提供统一基础设施，使资金在链上与链下之间实现无缝流动。
SGB Net 是该行今年推出的实时多币种清算网络，主要面向数字资产相关企业，目前月度法币处理规模已超过20亿美元。新服务将在这一网络之上运行，并内置完整的 KYC、KYB 以及反洗钱合规模块，以满足跨境支付和机构级风控要求。
在资金安全方面，SGB 已与加密基础设施提供商 Fireblocks 合作，由其提供托管与安全技术支持。双方于去年11月达成战略合作，旨在通过自动化流程降低运营风险并提升结算效率。SGB 透露，当前正与生态合作伙伴及监管机构推进最终合规框架，预计将于2026年第一季度正式上线。
从行业层面看，受监管稳定币的需求正在上升，尤其是以美元为锚定资产的稳定币，已成为全球数字结算和跨境流动性的重要工具。近期，Tether 推出符合美国新规的稳定币 USA₮；在阿联酋，USDU 也已获得中央银行批准。这些动向表明，传统金融与区块链的融合正在加速，而SGB的布局或将成为区域内的关键基础设施节点。
