BlockBeats 消息，1 月 27 日，在参议院农业委员会就加密市场立法的谈判出现波折后，一名民主党参议员助理表示，民主党方面仍愿意重返谈判桌，推动两党妥协。该助理透露，新年伊始，民主党成员在谈判中「有些措手不及」，因共和党方面在未充分协商的情况下另行起草了新版本法案，并原计划在 1 月中旬直接进入审议（markup）程序。对此，民主党方面希望在本周投票前重新与委员会主席、共和党参议员 John Boozman 的团队展开沟通，争取形成跨党派共识。

参议院农业委员会原定于本周二就加密立法举行修订和投票会议，但因华盛顿恶劣天气推迟至周四。与此同时，部分民主党议员正积极推动谈判重启，以在听证会前达成两党认可的文本。该加密市场结构法案旨在建立联邦层面的数字资产监管框架，包括明确 SEC 与 CFTC 的监管分工以及相关信息披露要求。分析人士指出，鉴于参议院银行委员会和农业委员会均需分别推进各自版本法案，两党合作仍是立法顺利推进的关键前提。
