Superstate目前管理着超12.3亿美元资产，旗下运营两只代币化基金。作为SEC注册的转让代理机构，该公司通过其“Opening Bell”平台，已在2025年末支持上市公司直接在公共区块链上向投资者发行和销售数字股票，以实时管理发行、结算和所有权记录。
