BlockBeats 消息，1 月 20 日，深圳 IT 男李东（化名）被湘豫两省警方盯上。他的虚拟货币钱包里，发现了大量比特币。湖南张家界市和河南长葛市的公安机关均对李东立案侦查，涉嫌的罪名均为「开设赌场」。张家界警方扣押李东账户的比特币一百余枚，变现为人民币四千多万元；河南警方扣押其比特币 80 个，市场价值超过四千万元。后来，李东并未被认定为「开设赌场」，他被河南长葛市检察院以涉嫌盗窃罪、侵犯公民个人信息罪提起公诉。2026 年 1 月，此案在长葛市法院公开开庭审理。休庭后，法庭表示将择期再次开庭。

「80 后」李东是一名网络信息安全工程师，大学学的专业是信息安全。他先后在多家知名互联网企业从事网络安全技术工作，后来定居深圳，近年创业经营一家互联网公司。据其家属介绍，大概从 2016 年起，李东开始炒股、炒币，拥有了一些比特币。不过，后来警方调查认为，他的比特币来源另有「门路」。2024 年 9 月，湖南张家界市公安局以涉嫌「开设赌场」传唤了李东。原来，当年 5 月，张家界警方根据「匿名举报」立案侦查网络赌博案，李东被列为犯罪嫌疑人。张家界警方扣押了李东数字钱包里的比特币 103 个，变现人民币 4961 万余元。很快，李东被取保候审。而扣押决定和取保候审文书上，李东涉嫌的罪名，从「开设赌场」变成了「非法获取计算机信息系统数据」。（澎湃新闻）
