1月14日消息，随着欧盟《加密资产市场监管条例》（MiCA）过渡期临近结束，法国监管层明显加快了清理节奏。据外媒报道，法国金融市场管理局已标记约90家在法国注册、但尚未获得MiCA牌照的加密货币公司，要求其在6月30日截止日期前明确合规安排。
法国金融市场管理局市场中介与市场基础设施监管部门负责人Stephane Pontoizeau表示，监管机构早在2025年11月便已向相关企业发出正式通知，提醒其法国MiCA过渡期即将结束。然而，截至目前，约30%的未获许可公司仍未回复是否计划申请牌照，监管不确定性依然存在。
从已披露的数据来看，在这90家未获MiCA许可的加密公司中，约40%已明确表示不打算申请牌照，另有约30%正在推进申请流程，其余公司则态度不明。按照法国方面的执行口径，若企业未能在过渡期内完成合规，将被要求在7月前停止相关业务运营。
自MiCA框架于2024年底全面落地以来，法国已向少数符合要求的机构发放牌照。例如，加密资产管理公司CoinShares已于2025年7月获批，而比特币应用Relai也在同年10月获得许可。这显示出法国在执行MiCA时采取的是“严格筛选、稳步放行”的策略。
与此同时，MiCA在欧盟层面的执行难度也逐渐显现。欧洲证券及市场管理局作为核心协调机构，曾明确提出希望未获授权的企业在过渡期结束后采取“有序退出”方案。欧盟委员会甚至提议赋予其对全体欧盟加密公司的集中监管权，引发行业关于审批效率和创新环境的争议。
法国官方对集中监管总体持支持态度，并多次警告，一些企业可能试图前往监管相对宽松的司法辖区获取MiCA牌照。这一立场也使法国成为欧盟内部对MiCA执行标准最为强硬的国家之一。随着截止日期临近，2026年欧洲加密行业或将迎来一轮明显的合规洗牌。
