针对不同规模的持仓用户，SEI 给出了具体操作建议。小额 USDC.n 持有者可通过 DragonSwap 或 Symphony 进行直接兑换；而大额用户则被建议使用 Brr 提供的转换工具，将资产从 Noble 批量转移至 Polygon，并最终通过 Circle 的 CCTP 跨链协议换回 SEI 网络的原生 USDC。
Noble 是一个由 Cosmos 生态支持的应用链，专注于为 Cosmos/IBC 网络发行原生资产。它在 Circle、Hashnote Labs、Monerium、Ondo Finance 等稳定币发行方与 Cosmos 区块链之间扮演中介角色。早在 2023 年底，Circle Ventures 就已向 SEI 网络投资，并推动 USDC 在 SEI 的原生部署。
