贝莱德比特币现货ETF（IBIT）的期权合约活跃度持续攀升，截至周二，IBIT共有 7,714,246 份未平仓合约（O.I.），在美国上市股票、ETF及指数期权中排名第九，仅股票类期权中排名第二。数据显示，比特币ETF期权正迅速成为美国市场最受关注的宏观资产之一。
BloFin Research指出，IBIT期权若将Deribit未平仓合约计算在内，其规模可与VIX和SPY期权相媲美，进一步巩固比特币作为宏观资产的地位。IBIT期权自2024年11月推出，为ETF持有者提供风险管理工具，同时满足机构投资者受监管的期权交易需求。交易员广泛使用这些期权进行对冲、投机及备兑看涨策略。
值得注意的是，尽管黄金价格今年上涨超过50%，IBIT期权活跃度仍高于SPDR黄金ETF期权（未平仓合约 5,151,654 份）。与英特尔、苹果、奈飞、亚马逊、特斯拉以及新兴市场和20年期美国国债相关的期权相比，IBIT也表现出更高的交易活跃度。
截至9月底，IBIT期权未平仓合约数甚至超过了加密货币期权先驱Deribit上的比特币期权合约。同时，标普500指数和英伟达期权未平仓合约数超过2000万份，继续领跑整体期权市场。
