该公司将使用价值130万英镑（175万美元）的比特币，从其国库中提取资金作为抵押，以完成对加拿大安大略省皮克湖矿床的收购。

该公司表示：“这使得公司能够完成Pick Lake收购，同时保留其对比特币的全部投资。”

这种方法将比特币视为“生产性资本”，而不是像其他比特币财务公司那样被动持有。该公司的实物商品库存（包括“关键矿物”、黄金和其他贵金属）将持续增长，而比特币金库的支持也将扩大。

Panther Metals首席执行官Darren Hazel wood表示，这种混合方式将使公司能够利用比特币为高质量矿产项目提供资金，“同时由于数字领域提供的条款更具吸引力，对我们股东的稀释作用较小”，并赞扬了数字资产的优点。
