Trading crypto for six years, my biggest regret isn't losing money, but making millions and not selling.

During the 2020 bull market, I heavily invested in ADA at $0.028.
In three months, it rose from $0.028 to $1.26, a full 45 times.
My account balance skyrocketed, I even wore out my mortgage calculator.
And then I did the stupidest thing—
I didn't sell a single coin.
I kept thinking it could go higher.
Later, the market taught me a lesson.
ADA fell from $1.26 back to $0.18,

After that, I set three ironclad rules for myself.
First: Ladder Take Profit
Suppose I enter at 1.1:
Sell 30% when it reaches 2.1 to break even.
Sell another 30% at 3.2 to lock in profit.
The remaining 40% uses a trailing stop—auto-sell if it retraces 15%.
Not aiming to sell at the highest point, just riding the main upward wave.
Second: Hard Stop Loss
This is the life-saving line.
If I build a position with 1.1 million U,
and it drops to a 4.8% loss, I must cut losses.
Place stop-loss orders in advance,
when the market crashes, discipline is more important than judgment.
Third: Accept missing the tail
Many people lose money because of one obsession:
They must sell at the highest point.
As a result, they don't sell when it rises, and don't cut when it falls.
Now I only do one thing:
Let others have the head and tail of the fish, I only eat the middle part.
This year, my account has a steady return of 36.8%.
