【AXSUSDT Signal】Long: Volume Contraction Pullback Confirmed, Short Squeezing Power Under Negative Funding Rate
4H chart shows that after the price pulled back from the 1.274 high, it constructed an oscillation platform in the 1.203-1.235 range. Key signals are: 1) The latest 1-hour K-line (20:00) volume contracted sharply to 253,000, only 1/3 of the average volume of previous bars, but the price closed at 1.232, higher than the opening price of 1.229, showing volume contraction stabilization. 2) Order book depth shows that the 1.220-1.230 range has dense buy-side accumulation (cumulative over 160,000 contracts), forming a solid support wall, while the sell-side above (1.233 and above) is relatively sparse. 3) Funding rate -0.1137%, consistently negative, indicating that short holders must pay fees, constituting continuous short-squeeze pressure. 4) On technical indicators, the 1H level price is above EMA20 (1.2249) and EMA50 (1.2110), 4H RSI (59.78) is in a healthy bullish zone, not yet overbought.
🎯 Direction: Long
⚡ Entry: 1.222 - 1.228 (enter above the dense buy-side area)
🛑 Stop Loss: 1.211 (breaking below 1H EMA50 and previous oscillation low)
🚀 Target: 1.250 / 1.265 (corresponding to previous high resistance and 4H Fibonacci extension level)
🛡 Strategy: Reduce position by half after price touches 1.250, move remaining stop loss up to entry price 1.228, zero-risk play for higher targets.
Logic: The current market nature is shorts fighting against the solid buy-side wall below in a negative funding rate environment. Volume contraction pullback unable to break through the dense buy-side area proves selling pressure is exhausted, and main players have no intention to dump here. The continuous negative funding rate keeps eroding short position costs. Once the price rises slightly due to any buying pressure, it will easily trigger short stop losses and liquidations, forming upward positive feedback. The path of least resistance is an upside breakout, executing the short squeeze.
