There's no point staring at the top 10 holdings list when dealing with this kind of garbage altcoin.
The top 10 are all banker positions. A normal rubbish altcoin liquidity pool is just over 1 million. Based on leveraged trading, less than 1 million can drain the pool and crash the coin price to the point where you question your life choices.
Looking at an altcoin with 10 million market cap, a 10% sell-off can crash the market to zero. If the top 10 holders were retail investors, bankers wouldn't risk such huge exposure to become someone else's stepping stone. They can easily pump or dump the price through tiny position reversals and wash trading.
