3.13 Early Morning SOL Market Analysis
From the 4-hour Bollinger Bands perspective, the price has tested the upper band multiple times but retreated each time, indicating obvious resistance above; the middle band trend is flattening, providing weak support for bulls. The Bollinger Bands are currently in a contracting phase, and this structure often leads to downward breakouts more easily.
Regarding moving averages, the MA lines show a bearish arrangement, with previously established support levels now transformed into resistance. Every time price bounces near the moving averages, it encounters selling pressure. Meanwhile, the K/D indicator is diverging downward, with bearish momentum gradually strengthening.
Trading Strategy:
Consider shorting in the 90—92 range
First target the 85—80 zone.
