Listen, this is truly a classic example of game theory balance—the market holds the pricing power, but in reality, it all depends on how the Fed plays its cards. Look back at the rapid interest rate hikes in 1994; how many people got wiped out during the so-called "calm period"? If the mechanism design is solid, this kind of volatility is hardly worth mentioning.
