To put it bluntly, the public chain of a leading exchange is basically just a tool for itself, with no real intention of expanding outward.
If you look at all its actions, the core purpose is always the same—to score points for its own platform. As for those outward-facing goals? They're really just a front. What really matters are two things: Can this expand the platform's influence? Does it actually benefit the platform itself?
This approach is quite pragmatic, since in the end, the public chain ecosystem still has to serve the exchange as the main entity. Those shouting about decentralization ultimately still have to rely on whoever controls the traffic gateway.

Wake up, this is reality. Decentralization is just a scam.

Absolutely right, that's the reality. Decentralization? Ha, that's just a story.
---
It's all about attracting traffic, just changing the name to keep profiting.
---
So, don't trust those whitepapers. Just follow where the money goes.
---
The key is, this strategy actually works—everyone's using it.
---
Traffic is king, everything else is just talk.
---
Being pragmatic is one thing, but running the ecosystem like this is bound to collapse sooner or later.
---
You guys are still listening to their visions; I've seen through it long ago.
---
It's completely centralized, yet they still have the nerve to talk about being distributed.
---
It's obviously just their personal cash machine.

At the end of the day, it's just a traffic business. Who really believes in that decentralization stuff anyway?

To put it bluntly, it's just a money-grabbing tool. Don't be fooled by those fancy words.

When you think about it, it’s only logical for major exchanges to build their own public chains—who’s really out here doing charity work?
---
Haha, now that’s the truth—way more honest than those writing whitepapers.
---
At the end of the day, it’s all about traffic. All that decentralization talk is just for show.
---
I don’t see any problem with it. At least they play the game openly and don’t pretend.
---
Yeah, exactly. In the end, it’s all about who controls more users.
---
That’s just reality. If a public chain can’t generate value for the platform, what’s the point?
---
Honestly, exchanges never intended their chains to be truly decentralized—it’s just their private domain.
---
It’s rare to see someone say it like this. The rest are just talking nonsense.
