#美联储重启降息步伐 Many newcomers in the market are filled with words like "doubling" and "comeback." But before they've even figured out the most basic candlestick patterns, their account balance has already started to shrink.

Here's a simple survival rule: staying alive is more important than making money.

I suggest you treat $100 as your tuition fee. Don’t impulsively add more just because the market looks good, and definitely don’t stubbornly hold onto losing positions without cutting losses. If you can steadily operate with this $100 for a month, honestly, you’re already ahead of most people in the market.

A lot of beginners aren’t actually stupid—they just rely too much on their feelings. But the market has its own logic; it won’t change direction based on your personal judgment.

If you want to stick around in this space for the long term, ask yourself two questions: Can you strictly follow your plan? Can you keep your emotions in check when the market fluctuates?

If you can't do these two things, it doesn’t matter how much capital you have—the outcome will be the same. The moment you start thinking "all-in to break even," you’re no longer trading, you’re gambling with your life.

The crypto market devours not just capital, but also rationality.

Wait until you can avoid chasing highs, acting on impulse, and stubbornly holding onto positions before gradually increasing your position size. Don’t rush. For ordinary people, it’s enough to keep your position under $10,000. Beyond that, what’s tested isn’t technique, but psychological endurance.

The longer you stay in this business, the more you’ll realize: real masters don’t rely on getting rich overnight, but on long-term stability.

You can’t control the market, but you can control your own actions and emotions—and that’s enough.

You're absolutely right, beginners are most likely to stumble when they go all-in trying to break even.

Really, I've seen too many friends go all-in, and they disappear from the crypto space within a month.

That's right, going all-in is really the fastest way to lose money.

Yeah, you're absolutely right, but I'm still going to increase my position. The bottom signal is just too obvious this time. The retail bears just want to dump the market, but I'm not falling for it.
