Encryption browser developer Donut Labs raised $7 million, led by Sequoia Capital and others.

Gate News bot message, New York startup Donut Labs has completed a $7 million Pre-Seed round of financing, led by Sequoia, Bitkraft, and HackVC, with participation from Solana, Matrix Partners, Sky9 Ventures, Makers Fund, and SonicSVM.

Donut Labs is working on a browser called Donut, which claims to be the first AI-powered “proxy-based” crypto browser. The browser has built-in native crypto wallet and DEX capabilities, and its AI proxy system has the ability to understand the intent of the page and autonomously execute blockchain transactions, including token swaps and portfolio optimization.
