1. For physical card, how long will I receive my Gate Crypto Card?
Please wait patiently for it to be delivered as there might be a delay due to high demand and local mail delivery efficiency. Depending on your country of residence, usually it takes around 7 to 45 days, and if you haven't got the card after 45 days, please confirm your mail address and contact our customer service (support@gatelt.com).
2. For physical card, how do I update the incorrect shipping address?
During the card application process, you can see and edit the shipping address for your Gate Crypto Card. If you want to change the shipping address after you have submitted the Gate Crypto Card application or get approval of the card, you will need to change your Gate UAB KYC address to update your Gate Crypto Card shipping address.

To change Gate UAB KYC address, first, go to your Gate [Profile];

Click Identification and select [UAB Identify Verification];

Click [Update] button to edit and save for new address
After your new address is updated and passed by Gate UAB KYC, you can contact customer service at support@gatelt.com to update your card delivery address. If your physical card has already been mailed out, we will issue a new physical card to you (with a different card number). If your physical card hasn't been mailed out, we can update the new shipping address to the postage service.
3. How can I reorder a new physical card?
If you haven't received your physical Gate Crypto Card after 45 days, your card might be lost in the delivery process. Please log in to your Gate account and navigate to Gate Crypto Card section. You will find the option of [Resend] if your physical Gate Crypto Card hasn't been activated for over 45 days after physical card approval. If you haven't activated your virtual card yet, please activate your virtual card first, so that you can find the "Resend" option. Here is the detailed guide about virtual card activation.
Confirm your card delivery address and make changes if needed. Please also update your Gate UAB KYC address to update your Gate Crypto Card shipping address. See the question of "For physical card, how do I update the incorrect shipping address?" above.
Alternatively, you can also contact our customer service team at support@gatelt.com to order a new card for you. Card delivery might take up to 45 days to arrive, depending on your country/region. Meanwhile, you can use your virtual card first. Your virtual card will not be deactivated until your physical card is arrived and activated.
